this evening after dinner break with myra and joyce, i went to seek advice from an optometrist at plaza singapura level 2 for my blurry eye sight. this is my 1st time consulting an optometrist and i kinda of "sotong" do not know wat to ask. haha. after i just say i have blur sight, he use the optical refractor(picture above) to test on me. it look like some kind of transformor stuff to me haha... after alot of questioning (is it clear?, red and green which one clearer?, etc..) and adjusting of that transformor device.. i got my result. my right eye only 50 degree, left eye erm... forget the english word, chinese is known as "shan guang", and its cost me $20. when joyce heard about its cost me 20 bucks for just some questioning and reading some ABC. she so provoked and saying "wah, he "ka-ing" your money lah, one check only $20. must as well go HDB area's optical shop to make spec, and the checkup is free too" haha at least this 20 bucks make me more "an xin" wondering why only 50 degree and one eye "shan guang" can make the sight so blur. hmm... or the optometrist dun know how to diagnose only know how to con. haha
