New beginning
1st September, a new month, which also marked the last day as a service crew and a new beginning for me as a executive. Been converted to an executive level in StarHub after working for the past one year for them. Now my new appointment title is "SPC", not Singapore Petroleum Company but is Service Provisioning Consultant.
At here I want to thank those that have help/support me from the day I started working there.
I wanna to thank Aisha and Nicholas who are both shifu who taught me a lot of thing, how to identify different products(sorting), solving NCR cases, handling exceptional cases, closing and etc...
thanks all the provisioning colleagues which help me handling URGENT forms. haha.

Hope next time if spotted my mistakes, DON'T shout out loud haha, cover for me and tell me so I can correct my mistakes. wish that office will like the office i served one year ago in NS, and uphold one of the core values "Care For Soldiers". haha. changed to "Care For Colleagues". ^_^ no sabotage and backstabbing.
