there are many different kinds of fat, saturated and unsaturated fats differ in their energy content and melting point, but each kind is a variation on the same chemical structure. all fats consist of fatty acids bonded to a backbone structure, often glycerol.
vitamins A,D,E and K are fat-soluble, meaning they can be digested, absorbed, and transported in conjunction with fats. fats are sources of essential fatty acids, an important dietary requirement.

marathon
An event or activity that requires prolonged effort or endurance. charles and i have a marathon today. haha. before the marathon, i went for a hair cut first. is where weiyuan always go for haircut "pointer salon" located at far east plaza level 4 which was recommended by charles. price is quite reasonable for a salon located in Central Business District(CBD) area. the staff working in the salon is friendly too. no wonder so crowded today.
charles called right on time when i just finish my haircut and we start our shopping marathon. haha. 1st destination far east plaza. wanted to buy some clothes for ourself but after walking up and down each floor, touring in and out each shops, cant find a item that catch our sight. so we went to 2nd destination takashimaya. when reached takashimaya i went straight to kinokuniya to search for my books..haha dragging charles along *evil* hehe. endup we were inside the bookstore for more than 3hours.. woo~ didn't know kinokuniya is so big that take so long to explore finish. flip through alot of different type of books, from marketing to medical, from medical to interior design, from interior design to management, from management to comic drawing and so on... the list go on and on and on and on and on and on.. found a total of 2 books and 3 books are out of stock. sadded. asked the salegirl if wanna a special order for the book need how long, the reply is need to wait about 6-7weeks.. oh my god *fainted*. then we left kino at about 7 plus and went some restaurant i think the name should be something "pepper lunch" to have our dinner. charles order a mug of coffee which cost him $2.50 haaha.
after dinner, charles wanna to shop for perfume too. so we went for a perfume hunt! endup never buy cause 50ml cost $55 for the brand he want. after so many brand and type of perfume tested, i prefer Estée Lauder - pleasures the fragrance fresh as flowers after the rain, Estée Lauder pleasures perfectly captures the modern taste for light, transparent fragrances. It is a delightful sheer floral created from lilies and peonies, jasmine and Karo-Karounde blossoms, all tingling with the rare essence of exotic Baie Rose.
3rd destination heeren, we do the same routine again... up and down, in and out. world cup soccer fever is soooooo high, that every cloth, bag, shoe, etc... were all printed with country flag or name on it. spoil the mood of buying. decided not to buy anything and went home. the time is 930pm.. so we total used 6hours to do our manathon. wooo~ shiok. haha. by the way, GSS is fake, all the new arrivals stuff dun have discount. =x would try to have longer manathon next time.. i think i should try it on thursday again with my cousins ^_^

definition of karaoke: A music entertainment system providing prerecorded accompaniment to popular songs that a performer sings live, usually by following the words on a video screen. but my own definition is "杀鸡 session" haha just sing any song u want even u have the most irritating, most annoying voice in the whole world.
after work at 6pm today, chris had booked a 7pm party world ktv room. so aaron, henrie, jeremy, chris and i went to cuppage straight to have a few games of pool 1st, while we waiting for the time to pass. (plenty of times.) everyone were so pro at pooling~ lucky i never play, went to veiw the warcraft gamers playing dota haha.
the jasmine honey at party world is damn ta ma de sweet. try not to order it, if u dun wanna to get diabetes. but i still order two glasses. haha cause i think the rest of the drinks will just as sweet as the one i ordered. so just give up of choosing other type of drink. it fun singing song with no one going to judge you or anything. *stress-less* ^_^ at about eight plus kimlong and vannesa join in the "杀鸡 session" but kimlong's "MLTR - That's" is nice.. can join singapore idol wor.. haha. too bad the going-to-be singapore idol left early, to convey. never know "嘻唰唰" lyric is so easy to sing. later at about ten plus more people join in the fun. weiyuan, wendy and jeffery.

She will stand out of the crowd on the street. Leo woman normally tall or rather tall. You will hardly see a short thick woman. When she walks she walk like a queen, confident and does not look around, though as if there is no one around her.
She will dress in her own style not according to fashion. She is confident of what she choose to wear. Do not buy cheap cloths where they sell in dozen for her as a gift, she will hate it. The Gathering
It been a long time since the last SadistiC gathering. 1year le bah. today weather is so nice for sleeping.. it raining so damn heavy that i dun feel like going to meet them. dun know why i still went haha. this year meeting place was at T.T's house 12noon sharp, apc aka jeff, zpc aka roy, abc aka t.t, xyz aka flintz, zom aka zoomy and bai aka kiatster(me) but end up i am the most punctual, had forgotten, WE, the sadist are infamous for being late. surprise how come i not late for dragging myself from bukit merah to bukit timah?? haha.
have a few games of DOTA while waiting for the rest to arrive. 2.30pm!! the time that the last sadist reach. zoomy's lateness really live up to standard. clap clap. haha. went bukit timah shopping centre basement 1 straight for our lunch. sit down talk cock and recall the olden days. kaoz, really miss those olden days, hardcore training(skip class to playing in lanshop), friendly matches(conquered the whole west side of singapore), fierce battle(WCG, titan, etc..), past glory(Singapore rank top 3). those life is so carefree. =(
after our talk cock session of cos cant miss out a few games in lan shop. we went "lanlab" also locate at bukit timah basement 1. it so exp compare to e-game at parklane. total i pay $17 for 6hrs of gaming and the wrost thing is my "gaming form" drop like hell.. dun know is i too long never train with them or off-form today haha.. my CS score is 6kills 26deads.. SadistiC! way to go man~ sadistic is still so powerful. scary and salute! but i will be ready for the next outing! prepare to eat my flash-bang. haha

today out of nowhere suddenly i receive a call from mr quek telling me that i got training course at 1430 presenting by judy lim. but he never say what she will be teaching. so i rush back from PS(plaza singapura) with daphne and left evelyn, yinshan, chris and myra behind still shopping. sadded. haha. i get to recall and learn softwares that are some are new to me, and some i been using since i join SH(starhub). CNMS(Cable Network Management System), Falcon, Onyx, Vantive and AMS. this are the five software been taught. CNMS to check signal and type of housing, Falcon to check outstanding, blacklist and supended customers, onyx to check JV(journal voucher) and read some stuffs, Vantive to check DV(digital voice) blacklist and AMS to issus approval code. ISSUS APPROVAL CODE!!! meaning i learn what DHL(dealer hotline) is doing. i dun know is this a good thing or a bad thing? let's see. 1st i get to learn new things, new skills, 2nd i might transfer to a new department that i so unfamiliar with and make alot of mistakes and 3rd get to know more people and talk nonsense with dealer to pratices my ANG MO speaking haha.. hmmm... so it has more adventages than bad bah. i assume ^_^v oh ya, and cause of my sudden training today. my beloved colleagues henire and myra need to finish doing my leftover cable forms for me. thank, thanks, thank you all very much. hehe ps:thanks myra and henrie for keying my name haha, more stats hehe to be continue~abundance day

cause of last night late CS(counter-strike) gaming at E-game parklane with colleagues (jeremy, alex, aaron, henry, henrie, weiyuan, kimlong, ken, chris & two newcomers eugene and ping) . never get to have a normal sleeping hours, wah! then i was yawning like nobody's business the whole day. dun even have the mood to talk, move around, work and no appetite to eat too. even wrost in class just now, having a creative thinking game but endup i stoning at one concer. haha after the creative game got a memory test and i got only 9 out of 25!! lucky it just a game no marks counted. haha. I WANT TO QUIT CS!! NEED MORE SLEEPING HOURS!! o_0

what happened?
office is getting boring day by day, dun know how it started or when it started.. since like everyone are starting to behave like a stranger to me.. scary!! haha maybe the workload is too heavy, maybe infrequent rest breaks, maybe long work hours and shiftwork or maybe poor communication in the organization... aiyo, dun know how to slove it. but will try my best to do something about it haha, maybe in my dream will dream of a solution. ho ho ho.. night~

after so many months of moving into this new house of mine, i didn't get a chance to explore the surrounding of my neighbourhood. But today finally i decide to having a small adventure on my own haha and reject going out with my aunt. never knew there is a fitness concer just next block, it less than 2 mins walk, plays around with all the station there for about 30mins bah.. ALOT of mosquito!! found that there are more provisions shop and market further to the left side of my flat... meaning got more selection of food to eat le.. wish to grow fitter! =x haha...
after an hour of explore around the neighbourhood, lucky never get lost.. then realise it time to get ready for lesson. when i reach my block downstair, i try to be hero, climbing up stair till 11th floor instead of taking the lift. in the end i drop dead on the 9th floor haha.. it torturing!! i swear never run up the stairs again after a long run. 0_o

oh ya, today is mother's day. 4th aunt brought a small durian cake from Angie the choice. celebrated with grandmother and others relavtives. is damn delicious. never knew Angie's durian cake is so nice. yummy~ *thumb up* wish every reader a happy monther's day.

He always let other people walk in front of him, but he will get there first. He is a very careful guy and small obstacles won't make him fall easily even he thinks life is a very serious matter. He is as romantic as any other Zodiac. He could look gentle, but inside he is as strong as steel.
