Short story.
I never quite figured out why the sexual urge of men and women differ so much. And I never have figured out the whole Venus and Mars thing. I have never figured out why men think with their head and women with their heart.
FOR EXAMPLE:
One evening last week, my girlfriend and I were getting into bed. Well, the passion starts to heat up, and she eventually says, "I don't feel like it, I just want you to hold me."
I said, "WHAT??!! What was that?!"
So she says the words that every boyfriend on the planet dreads to hear...
"You're just not in touch with my emotional needs as a woman enough for me to satisfy your physical needs as a man."
She responded to my puzzled look by saying, "Can't you just love me for who I am and not what I do for you in the bedroom?"
Realizing that nothing was going to happen that night, I went to sleep.
The very next day I opted to take the day off of work to spend time with her. We went out to a nice lunch and then went shopping at a big, big unnamed department store. I walked around with her while she tried on several different very expensive outfits. She couldn't decide which one to take, so I told her we'd just buy them all. She wanted new shoes to compliment her new clothes, so I said, "Lets get a pair for each outfit."
We went on to the jewelry department where she picked out a pair of diamond earrings. Let me tell you... she was so excited. She must have thought I was one wave short of a shipwreck. I started to think she was testing me because she asked for a tennis bracelet when she doesn't even know how to play tennis.
I think I threw her for a loop when I said, "That's fine, honey." She was almost nearing sexual satisfaction from all of the excitement. Smiling with excited anticipation, she finally said, "I think this is all dear, let's go to the cashier."
I could hardly contain myself when I blurted out, "No honey, I don't feel like it."
Her face just went completely blank as her jaw dropped with a baffled, "WHAT?"
I then said, "Honey! I just want you to HOLD this stuff for a while. You're just not in touch with my financial needs as a man enough for me to satisfy your shopping needs as a woman."
And just when she had this look like she was going to kill me, I added, "Why can't you just love me for who I am and not for the things I buy you?"
Apparently I'm not having sex tonight either....but at least that bitch knows I'm smarter than her.

Making a Difference As the old man walked the beach at dawn, he noticed a boy ahead of him picking up starfish and flinging them into the sea. Finally catching up with the boy, he asked why he was doing this. The answer was that the stranded starfish would die if left until the morning sun. Read the following story... it may change your views about life:
After a conversation with one of my friends, he told me despite taking 2 jobs, he brings back barely above 1K per month, he is happy as he is.
I wonder how he can be as happy as he is considering he has to skimp his life with the low pay to support a pair of old parents, in-laws, a wife, 2 daughters and the many bills of a household.
He explained that it was through one incident that he saw in India......... that happened a few years ago when he was really feeling low and touring India after a major setback.
He said that right in front of his very eyes he saw an Indian mother chop off her child's right hand with a chopper. The helplessness in the mother's eyes, the scream of pain from the innocent 4-year-old child haunted him until today.
You may ask why did the mother do so; had the child been naughty, had the child's hand been infected?? No, it was done for two simple words- -- TO BEG!
The desperate mother deliberately caused the child to be handicapped so that the child could go out to the streets to beg.
Taken aback by the scene, he dropped a piece of bread he was eating half-way. And almost instantly, a flock of 5 or 6 children swamped towards this small piece of bread which was covered with sand, robbing bits from one another. The natural reaction of hunger.
Stricken by the happenings, he instructed his guide to drive him to the nearest bakery. He arrived at two bakeries and bought every single loaf of bread he found in the bakeries. The owner was dumbfounded but willingly sold everything. He spent less than $100
to obtain about 400 loaves of bread (this is less than $0.25 per loaf) and spent another $100 to get daily necessities.
Off he went in the truck full of bread into the streets. As he distributed the bread and necessities to the children (mostly handicapped) and a few adults, he received cheers and bows from these unfortunate.
For the first time in his life he wondered how people can give up their dignity for a loaf of bread which cost less than $0.25.
He began to tell himself how fortunate he is. How fortunate he is to be able to have a complete body, have a job, have a family, have the chance to complain what food is nice and what isn't nice, have the chance to be clothed, have the many things that these people in front of him are
deprived of...
Now I begin to think and feel it, too! Was my life really that bad?
Perhaps... no, I should not feel bad at all... What about you?
Maybe the next time you think you are, think about the child who lost one hand to beg on the streets.
"Contentment is not the fulfillment of what you want, it is the realization of how much you already have."
When the door of happiness closes, another opens, but often times we look so long at the closed door that we don't see the one which has been opened for us.
It's true that we don't know what we've got until we lose it, but it's also true that we don't know what we've been missing until it arrives.
The happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything;
they just make the most of everything that comes along their way.
The brightest future will always be based on a forgotten past, you can't go on well in life until you let go of your past failures and heartaches.

2011 get my class 3 car licence.
2012 get my class 2b bike licence.
2013 get my class 2a bike licence.
2014 be a operational manager after 5 years graduated from UOL.
2017 buy a condo with seaside view.
2030 promote to Chief Information Officers(CIO) or Chief executive officer(CEO)
2031 get myself my dream car BMW.
2042 retired and have half a mil or more in bank.
2006~ 2042 strike 1st prize on TOTO. haha
should stop dreaming and get some actions done haha.

HOW TO RECRUIT THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THE JOB?
Put about 100 bricks in some particular order in a closed room with an open window.
Then send 2 or 3 candidates in the room and close the door.
Leave them alone and come back after 6 hours and then analyze the situation.
If they are counting the bricks. - Put them in the accounts department.
If they are recounting them. - Put them in auditing.
If they have messed up the whole place with the bricks. - Put them in engineering.
If they are arranging the bricks in some strange order. - Put them in planning.
If they are throwing the bricks at each other. - Put them in operations.
If they are sleeping. - Put them in security.
If they have broken the bricks into pieces. - Put them in information technology.
If they are sitting idle. Put them in human resources.
If they say they have tried different combinations, yet not a brick has been moved. Put them in sales.
If they have already left for the day. Put them in marketing.
If they are staring out of the window. Put them on strategic planning.
And then last but not least. If they are talking to each other and not a single brick has been moved.
Congratulate them and put them in top management.

today early in the morning got donald's call which make me uneasy the whole day.. cant blame others but myself. hai~ stupid mistake i made. never realise i left a stack of next day installation forms on the tray and never pass to provision team. get nagged by donald. aiyo. the work was maybe too much for me to handle alone bah. haha excuse again.. responsibilities!! ah jia jia fighting~ haha.
for being lazy in personality, today was my off day but i never went out. was staying at home surfing the net the whole day, read news onilne and chat on msn. i was too lazy to go downstair to buy my own food. so i called food delievey for my breakfast, lunch and dinner. the most expensive meal is dinner which is MACDONALD. i order one big mac extra value meal upsize and change the drink to ice milo and guess what the total cost? it cost me 9 bucks! wow. they should considered having ez-link tag point service too for delievey order. haha. so those busy people like me which have no time to go buy meal can earn points at home. =x
wanna to design a new skin for my blog. but dun know what to draw. saw a small turtle somewhere went i was surfing the net just now. "TURTLE" so decided that it going to be the theme of my next blogskin. ninja turtle? haha. to be presented in next few day bah.

wearisome play? England Vs Portugal...i despised England even since the worldcup started cause normally England match was a dull uninteresting play throughout the game. But not tonight, can see that they had try their very best effort battle to be victorious team which make the match more absorbing, all-consuming, captivating, compelling, consuming, controlling, enthralling, exciting, fascinating, gripping, intriguing, monopolizing, obsessing, preoccupying, provoking, riveting, stimulating to watch. hai~ too bad lady luck is not on their side. missed all the chances. England! way to go~ you gain my respect tonight. Salute! many days had passed since i last blogged too. nothing much happened recently, still the normal everyday monotonous routine. lifeless management, insipid food of plaza singapura, tedious work.. the heavy workloads were sharply inclined but wages was still remains unaltered. what the #$%@!... could not take leaves too cause of piles of backlog GSM forms to clear. which means my 7th july malaysia's trip need to postpone/cancel again! hai~ it was rumored that the next few weeks many more colleagues are leaving starhub for good. hmm.. but still a unverified information received from another, so should ignore it till the day come. haha. or should i have my early retirement too? haha. lifetime employment organisation will definitely gain loyalty employees, loyalty as in willing to give up their time or life for the company. haha (too kua zhang) too bad not my company starhub like to sack people and hire new group of youngsters working for them.. erm.. which will create alots of miscommunication, slow down the process of the work and error work done. cause newcomers are unfamiliar with the job scope. therefore reputation of the company drop too. hai.. dun know what the top management people are thinking.. after worldcup ended, i think it going to sack people or time to force us to take long weekend again. ps: France please trash Portugal for England~ to be continue~
