Harmful Effects of Radiation

EMFs And The Surrounding Dangers

EMFs (Electromagnetic fields) are emitted from all electrical appliances, some give more than others and some give out far more than the most powerful over head transmission lines. More importantly, many give out more than the recommended safety guide lines.

Typical safety guide lines are between 0.5 and 2 milligauss

Experiments have shown that a standard digital alarm clock emit a field of 6 milligauss

A computer can emit 20 milligauss

Whilst a mobile phone measures around 100 milligauss
------------------------------

The potential lethal electromagnetic force in your household appliances

All electrical appliances emit electromagnetic fields - EMF's

Many top doctors an leading scientists now agree that even just a few minutes exposure to EMF's can lead to depression, headaches, mood swings, anxiety, lack of concentration, irritableness, memory loss, depleted or low energy, as well as damaging you're immune system and leaving you prone to diseases such as cancer, Alzheimer's and depression. All of which is integrated into our modern day life in our mobile phones, televisions, radios, microwaves, alarm clocks and even under wire bras or metal framed beds could be to blame.

Mobile Phones: Headaches, skin tingling and heating, fatigue, neck growths, lack of concentration and memory loss, irritableness, restlessness, depletion, even tumours, cancer and cataracts have also been associated the use of analogue and digital cordless phones. - Only use for short periods at a time, keep it in a bag or outer layer of clothing, turn off in places like hospitals as radiation levels are normally high enough, don't get a talk plan with lots of free minutes enticing you to use them all up, swap ears from time to time, put volume higher and hold further away from head, attach a Biophone to you're phone today.

Clock Radios: Best kept at least 4 ft away from you're head because they give off high fields. Electro-mechanical clocks emit more than electronic digital ones. Closer than 4 ft and you may feel more tired and take longer to lose that flu or infection. Try attaching a Biophone to it for great results.

Computers: Most modern computers give off relatively low levels of EMFs but do still try to minimise exposure by keeping the computer, especially the screen, as far away as practical. Laptops generally emit low EMFs but when used with a mains adaptor plugged in they can cause dizziness and faint spells. Try to recharge it away from where you are, then use it from the battery supply. Place a cactus in the office or computer room. The spine of a cacti attracts charged irons and can change ionisation levels in the room. Take breaks when needed. Very good to attach a Biophone on the monitor.

Under wire Bras: These can act as antennae, re-radiating external EMFs, including microwave frequencies, into the body. With breast cancer on the increase it may be better with out the under wire. Use non wire alternatives.

Photocopiers: Known to give out high levels of EMFs, generated from around the motor. Best to stand 30 inches back whilst copying in progress.

Electric kettles: Both traditional and jug type create high EMF levels. Heating water using electricity can change its molecular structure. Some people who react badly to this change may suffer from headaches, eye problems or tremors. Neutralise the effect by standing the cup/mug/glass on a Vitaflow whilst pouring.

Beds: Metal framed beds and bedsprings can become magnetised by electricity in wiring and appliances , causing restlessness and insomnia. Try an alternative bed-base and unsprung mattress, preferably with natural materials. Keep electrical appliances at least 3 ft away from a bed head area.

Hairdryers: High currents produce the heat. The motor gives off high EMFs near the handle, dropping only a little at a drying distance of 6-18 inches away from you. The fields are higher when on higher settings. The fact that a hairdryer is only used for a short time at any one interval is not as important as the fact as the fact that the user is exposed to high levels of EMFs during that period. Metal hair clips can increase the EMFs from the working hairdryer. It is best not to use a hairdryer after 7pm as high levels of EMFs near to the head are known to interfere with the body's production of melatonin which helps the body to repair its self.

Car of the day

This RX-7 got to keep its VeilSide Fortune kit, which is probably for the best as this kit is one of the most extravagant and exotic kits in the world.

Alpine audio equipment is all around this car, from the 8-inch monitor in the dash to the custom-enclosed amps and woofer. This car's occupants are held in place thanks to the VeilSide D1 race seats, but only the driver gets to experience the tactile pleasure that is the Sparco steering wheel.

bright colored car wrapped in an extravagant body kit. Nine times out of ten!
this car will definitely cost much much more than my fav car BMW. i like the small tv fitted in front of the passenger side. kinda high tech touch screen computer. lol by the way, The RX-7 you see here was built by "VeilSide Japan" for the 2005 Tokyo Auto Salon, not just some car build just for the movie. Fierce right?

This image, taken with the Hubble Space Telescope, provides a detailed look at the tattered remains of a supernova explosion known as Cassiopeia A (Cas A), the youngest known remnant from a supernova explosion in the Milky Way.

The image is a composite made from 18 separate images taken using Hubble’s Advanced Camera for Surveys (ACS), and it shows the Cas A remnant as a broken ring of bright filamentary and clumpy stellar ejecta. These huge swirls of debris glow with the heat generated by the passage of a shockwave from the supernova blast. The various colors of the gaseous shards indicate differences in chemical composition. Bright green filaments are rich in oxygen, red and purple are sulfur, and blue are composed mostly of hydrogen and nitrogen.

A supernova such as the one that resulted in Cas A is the explosive demise of a massive star that collapses under the weight of its own gravity. The collapsed star then blows its outer layers into space in an explosion that can briefly outshine its entire parent galaxy. Cas A is relatively young, estimated to be only about 340 years old. Hubble has observed it on several occasions to look for changes in the rapidly expanding filaments.

Cas A is located ten thousand light-years away from Earth in the constellation of Cassiopeia. Supernova explosions are the main source of elements more complex than oxygen, which are forged in the extreme conditions produced in these events. The analysis of such a nearby, relatively young and fresh example is extremely helpful in understanding the evolution of the Universe.

Pluto forever
How can the astronomers do this to us?

For 75 years we were made to believe that Pluto is the ninth, if farthest, planet in the universe. When Clyde Tombaugh announced the news in 1930, he gave us a new vision of the universe. He rewrote our Science textbook.

In our Science class, we proudly raised our hands when asked about the number of planets. On our test papers, we were quick to identify Pluto as the smallest.

Turned out we were wrong. Turned out we never scored excellent in our Science quizzes. One wrong answer meant one point less from excellence. And we thought we were perfect.

And now the International Astronomical Union has ruled at its convention that Pluto does not meet the definition of a planet. From now on, Pluto shall be known as a "dwarf planet," according to the small-minded astronomers.

Of course we don’t recall the songwriters mentioning Pluto or lovers pining about Tombaugh’s planet. Planet Earth is a winner. Venus, Jupiter and Mars are often mentioned. Never mind Uranus.

We’re taking Pluto’s demotion with a heavy heart. It’s like losing a relative. It will take another 75 years to live down fond memories. Next time the International Astronomical Union meets, we hope a meteor hits the convention site.

We hope the astronomers do not reclassify Earth. It is not your usual planet. It’s a very violent place, plagued by wars, pestilence, diseases, hate and natural disasters. It is full of people who love to destroy each other, their environment, their civilization, including the entire world.

If we do not watch out, Earth could follow the example of our second favorite planet, Krypton.

ps: Krypton is a fictional planet in the DC Comics universe. No longer in existence, it is the native world of the superheroes Superman and Supergirl, which exploded as a result of highly unstable geological conditions.

Incredible Heavenly Bodies

Mercury, Mars, Earth and Venus are the first four planets of our currently known solar system. There is much debate on Pluto whether to consider it as a planet or a rounded asteroid.

The giant planets are separated by an asteroid belt right after Mars. If Jupiter hadn't stop spinning too fast it might had been another star. Most of the known galaxies are populated by binary stars.

The sun account more than 99 percent of the solar system's mass. Theory states that about 74 percent of the sun's mass is hydrogen, 25 percent helium and other heavy elements. It's radius is 110 times larger than earth.

In this picture Jupiter is one pixel in size and earth is invisible to this scale. Sirius is the brightest star in the nighttime sky. Those living in the northern part of the earth can see it. Pollux is located about 33.7 light-years from our sun and it is the brightest star in the gemini constellation. Arcturus is the fourth brightest star in the earth's night sky and located in the Ursa Major constellation

Jupiter is now invisible in this scale. Rigel is the brightest star in the orion constellation, approximately 733 light-years from our sun and classified as a super giant star. Aldebaran is visible in the taurus constellation and a binary star system with a distance of 65.1 light-years from the sun. Betelgeuse is a super red giant and about 427 light-years away from our sun and visible in the orion constellation. Antares is classified as class M super red giant with is approximately 600 light-years away from earth.

another writeup worth to read..

Have you ever noticed that the worst way to miss someone is when he is beside you and yet you can never have him? When the moment you can't feel him under your fingertips you miss him?

Have you ever wondered which hurts the most; saying something wishing you had not or saying nothing wishing you had?

I guess the most important things are the hardest things to say. They are the things you get ashamed of because words diminish them; words shrink things that seemed timeless when they were in your head.

To know more than living size when they are brought out, don't be afraid to tell someone you love him. If you do, he might break your heart. But if you don't, you might break his.

Have you ever decided not to become a couple because you were so afraid of losing what you already had with that person?

Your heart decides whom it likes and whom it doesn't; you cannot tell your heart what to do.

Have you ever wanted to love someone with everything you had but that other person was too afraid to let you? Too many of us stay walled because we are afraid to care too much, for hear that the other person does not care as much or at all.

Have you ever loved someone and they had absolutely no idea, whatsoever? Or fell for your friend in the entire wall and then sat around and watch him fall for someone else?

Have you ever denied your feelings for someone because your fear of rejection was too hard to handle?

We tell lies when we are afraid—afraid of what we don't know, afraid of what others will think, afraid of what will be found out about us. But every time we tell a lie, the thing we fear grows stronger. Life is about risks and it requires you to jump.
Don't be a person who has to look back and wonder what could have done or could have had.. NO ONE WAITS FOREVER.

7:40 PM

article..

If you find yourself in love with someone whodoes not love you, be gentle with yourself. There is nothing wrong with you. Love just didn't choose to rest in the other person's heart.

If you find someone else in love with you and youdon't love her/him, feel honored that love came and called at your door, but gently refuse the gift you cannot return. Do not take advantage, do not cause pain.

How you deal with love is how you deal with you, and all our hearts feel the same pains and joys, even if our lives and ways are different.

If you fall in love with another, and she falls in love with you, and then love chooses to leave, do not try to reclaim it or to assess blame. Let it go. There is a reason and there is a meaning. You will know in time.

Remember that you don't choose love. Love chooses you. All you can really do is accept it for all its mystery when it comes into your life. Feel the way it fills you to overflowing, then reach out and give it away.

Give it back to the person who brought it alive in you. Give it to others who deem it poor in spirit.Give it to the world around you in anyway you can.

This is where many lovers go wrong. Having been so long without love, they understand love only as a need. They see their hearts as empty places that will be filled by love, and they begin to look at love as something that flows to them rather than from them.

The first blush of new love is filled to overflowing, but as their love cools, they revert to seeing their love as need. They cease to be someone who generates love and instead become someone who seeks love. They forget that the secret of love is that it is a gift, and that it can be made to grow only by giving it away.

Remember this, and keep it to your heart. Love has its own time, its own seasons, and its own reason for coming and going. You cannot bribe it or coerce it, or reason it into saying. You can only embrace it when it arrives and give it away when it comes to you.

But if it chooses to leave from your heart or from the heart of your lover, there is nothing you can do and there is nothing you should do. Love always has been and always will be a mystery.

Be glad that it came to live for a moment in your life. Don't deny love just only you don't want to be hurt...

IF YOU KEEP YOUR HEART OPEN, IT WILL COME AGAIN.
i hope everyone can understand and keep their minds open.

Asking Questions

An 80 year old man was sitting on the sofa in his house along with his 45 years old highly educated son.

Suddenly a crow perched on their window.

The Father asked his Son, "What is this?"
The Son replied "It is a crow".

After a few minutes, the Father asked his Son the 2nd time, "What is this?"
The Son said "Father, I have just now told you "It's a crow".

After a little while, the old Father again asked his Son the 3rd time, what is this?"

At this time some _expression of irritation was felt in the Son's tone when he said to his Father with a rebuff..

"It's a crow, a crow".

A little after, the Father again asked his Son t he 4th time, "What is this?"

This time the Son shouted at his Father, "Why do you keep asking me the same question again and again, although I have told you so many times

'IT IS A CROW'. Are you not able to understand this?"

A little later the Father went to his room and came back with an old tattered diary, which he had maintained since his Son was born. On opening a page, he asked his Son to read that page. When the son read it, the following words were written in the diary :-

"Today my little son aged three was sitting with me on the sofa, when a crow was sitting on the window. My Son asked me 23 times what it was, and I replied to him all 23 times that it was a Crow. I hugged him lovingly each time he asked me the same question again and again for 23 times.

I did not at all feel irritated I rather felt affection for my innocent child".

While the little child asked him 23 times "What is this", the Father had felt no irritation in replying to the same question all 23 times and When today the Father asked his Son the same question just 4 times, the Son felt irritated and annoyed.

So..

If your parents attain old age, do not repulse them or look at them as a burden, but speak to them a gracious word, be cool, obedient, humble And kind to them. Be considerate to your parents.

From today say this aloud,

"I want to see my parents happy forever. They have cared for me ever since I was a little child.

They have always showered their selfless love on me.

They crossed all mountains and valleys without seeing the storm and heat to make me a person presentable in the society today"

Nothing in this world is IMPOSSIBLE , coz the word IMPOSSIBLE itself says I M POSSIBLE..
